1) WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are a U.S based company. Currently residing in Harrison, NJ.


2) WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders may take up to 4-12 Business Days to Process.

After processing, Unites States shipping time is 2-5   business days. International shipping time is 6-10 business days. Tracking iD# will be emailed as soon as your package ships from our shipping facilities.


3) WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Globalkinis, LLC customizes every product for our customer on a personal basis. Such customization allows us to offer better products as well as ample unique design templates to customers. For that reason, Globalkinis will not accept returns or exchanges of product due to customers' desire to change the size, style, color, art or design of the product that they ordered. Return is also unaccepted if the product has been washed or worn.Our responsibility is to duplicate designs, to the best of our ability, which are submitted even though the image given is low resolution or may be defective in some way. We do not accept request to alter the design that is submitted with the order. 

 

Sizing

Globalkinis provides precise measurement at the corresponding product description page and therefore is not responsible for incorrect size ordering.

 

Refunds

Globalkinis does not provide refunds for products which are shown to be defective. It is our strict policy to either repair or to remake all truly defective products and to re-ship the order at our expense.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

Due to the unique nature of all custom made orders (any designs, images, or special merchandises which are used), a 15% re-stocking fee with be charged for orders cancelled while status is currently processing.

 

Defective Products:

If you receive your product damaged or flawed, please contact us within 7 days. We will ship an item you requested of equivalent value, or ship the item with the error corrected. Here are the cases under our policy for defective items:

 

  • fabric is damaged or torn.

  • clearly do not match the product description and image.

We offer new discounts about every 2-3 weeks.
